Our Chairman founded SAA in Abu Dhabi in 1993 with a clear commitment: excellent recruitment services that meet the manpower demands of the local market. That commitment still guides every decision we make.
Today SAA is a UAE Government licensed recruitment agency. We supply more than 2,500 employees, mainly to the Oil & Gas sector, and the group brings together five companies, from technical services and maintenance to facilities management, trading and real estate.
My focus is simple: the right people in the right roles, with quality every time. We hold our work to our clients’ requirements, rules and regulations. We stay in close contact with clients and candidates throughout, and we keep our communication open and clear.
We will keep building on the priorities our Chairman set out. Emiratisation comes first, so that more UAE Nationals build careers in the energy sector. Alongside it come international partnerships and new industries through innovation.
