01Who we are
This website is run by SAA Group of Establishments (“SAA”, “we”, “us”), a UAE Government licensed recruitment agency based in Abu Dhabi. We decide how the personal data described in this policy is used, and we are responsible for it.
This policy covers the SAA Group website and the ways you can contact us through it. It explains what information we receive, why we use it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

02Information you send us
Contact, meeting and job application forms
The enquiry form on our Contact page, the meeting request form on our ADIPEC 2026 page and the job application form on our Careers page do not send anything to a server. When you press send, the website opens your own email app with a message to saaest@eim.ae, filled in with the details you typed. Nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself, so we receive only what you choose to send.
These messages usually include your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry or meeting request. A job application also includes the role, your nationality, current location and years of experience, and the CV you attach. We use them to reply to you, to arrange meetings, to consider you for jobs and to handle your request.
Email and telephone
If you email or call us directly, we receive your contact details and anything you tell us. We use them in the same way.
03Careers and CVs
The job application form on our Careers page works like our other forms: it opens your email app with your details, and you attach your CV and send it yourself. UAE Nationals register for Emiratisation through the same form. Nothing you type in the form is stored on this website.
If you send us your CV by email, we use it to consider you for current and future roles. With your agreement, we may share it with a client company for a specific role. We never sell or exchange your CV or contact details.
We keep CVs for CV RETENTION PERIOD · TO BE CONFIRMED BY SAA. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
04The Ask SAA assistant
Ask SAA runs in your browser. It answers from text built into this website, taken from SAA’s published information. The questions you type are not stored, and they are not sent to SAA or to anyone else. They are gone when you reload or close the page.
If SAA later connects Ask SAA to a live AI service, the messages you type would be sent to that service to produce an answer. We will update this policy before that happens.
05Cookies and storage
By default this website uses only the storage it needs to work. These items stay in your browser, are not shared with anyone and are not used to identify you.
Google Analytics 4 runs only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. It helps us count visits and see which pages are used. Google signals and advertising features are turned off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics.

You can change your choice at any time. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and the website removes the analytics cookies it can reach. You can also block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. The website still works if you do.
06Fonts, code and other websites
The fonts, scripts and code libraries this website uses are served from SAA’s own website. Your browser does not contact any other company when you visit, unless you accept analytics.
Some links take you to other websites, such as Google Maps for our office location and Google Calendar to save the ADIPEC 2026 dates. Nothing is sent to those websites unless you open the link, and their own privacy policies then apply.
07Server logs
Like most websites, ours is hosted by a web host that keeps standard server logs. Each time a page or file is requested, the log records the IP address, the browser, the page requested and the time. The logs are used to keep the website secure and running, and to look into misuse.

08How we use your information
We use personal data only for these purposes:
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange meetings, including at ADIPEC 2026;
- to consider you for jobs and, with your agreement, put you forward to a client company;
- to keep the website secure and working;
- if you accept analytics, to understand how the website is used and improve it;
- to meet our obligations under UAE law.
We rely on your consent for analytics and for sharing your CV with a client. We handle your enquiry or CV because you asked us to, and we keep server logs to protect the website.
09Who we share it with
We never sell or exchange your personal data. We share it only with:
- Client companies, your CV and contact details, only with your agreement and for a specific role;
- Google, analytics data, only if you accept analytics;
- Our hosting provider, server logs, so it can run the website for us;
- Public authorities, when UAE law requires us to.
10International transfers
If you accept analytics, the analytics data is processed by Google, which may process it outside the UAE. This is the only personal data from this website that we pass to another company to process abroad.

When we no longer need personal data, we delete it or make it anonymous.
12Keeping it secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Email is not a fully secure channel. Please send only the information your enquiry needs.
13Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have the right to:
- get a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how we use your data;
- object to how we use your data;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it sent to another organisation where this is technically possible (portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
How to use your rights
Email saaest@eim.ae with the subject “Personal data request”, or write to us at P.O. Box 27595, Abu Dhabi. Tell us what you are asking for. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we will reply within the time the law allows.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.
14Children
This website is meant for businesses and job seekers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
15Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the website or the law changes, for example before Ask SAA is connected to a live AI service. We will publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
